My neighbor has a terribly screechy, loud voice!! Every time she talks outside, my dogs and my daughters dogs start barking like mad!!
For some reason she was out in her yard talking loudly tonight, and got all the neighborhood dogs barking!! lol I wonder if she even realizes that it is her voice that sets them off?!
