Electricity's just uncomfortable. I personally wouldn't want anything hurting my baby, even just a little bit for a brief moment. May as well just swat him when he pees or nips at me but I wouldn't consider doing that either. I really don't care for the idea of these fences for larger or smaller dogs.
Additionally, Yorkies are the MOST beautiful and sought after of all of the breeds. Anyone could waltz in and steal him. It looks like they are just wandering loose.
