A couple of days after my Lucy had her vaccination there was a bump on the back of her neck at the site of the injection and it was there for over a week but then it went down and now it is gone. If Morgan just got any vaccinations and the bump is in the area where they put the injection then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
The vet should have given you a paper with the possible side affects of the vaccinations I would read that and just keep an eye on her but I am sure she will be fine.
