I am a long time owner/trainer of big dogs and have always been an opponent of treat training. Then I got my Angel, my first little dog, and had to eat my own words. I went through everything I know, did a lot of new research, and nothing worked till I started giving a good treat. Even the praise and potty party didn't work till I added the yumyum. Doesn't have to be big, just a little bite.
She may also be starting to really settle in. Changing homes can be very hard on dogs. It sounds like she has figured out she is going to stay with you and wants to lay claim to you and yours. Use the spray and try not to tear your hair out
