Is she spayed?
Females do mark their territories just like males do. My sister in law has a 6 year old yorkie who is for the most part potty trained but still to this day have accidents. Also make sure that when you clean her accidents up, to clean it with an enzymatic cleanser. This will remove the smell so they wont go back to it later on.
