Hello and welcome to YT! Congrats on your new puppy! what are you feeding her? Try a dog food that has omega and flaxseed as ingredients.
My boy was the same way but it was puppy dander which is common in puppies. They usually grow out of it. I had a very tough time with him because i was allergic to his dander and had extremely bad reactions to it. I bathed him with oatmeal shampoo once a week and remember to brush her hair often because it helps circulate natural skin oils.
