Have you brought up the issue with her vet? Your vet can best advise you on what to do. It could be that she has allergies, or it could be that she has some other issues that needs to be addressed healthwise.

IMO, you should try changing her food. Just make sure that when you do, do so gradually. I am thinking maybe she is allergic to something in the food that's why she is scratching so much?
