Thanks everyone.
We are all getting used to her low low vision. The vet says she can really only see dark vs light.
Adie has come to realize that Cassie can't help it and has eased up on her. She isn't nearly as rough with her as she guides her toward the back door. And now I can tell her to go get Cassie and she does. No matter what I need her for.
Touhy (the cat) is even more gentle with her and that is saying something. (We are beginning to suspect that Touhy is the devil.)
We can't help but laugh at Cassie sometimes when she is misdirected. She tends to beg for food from empty chairs and of course she still thinks the fridge is her mommy. (NO comments BonBon.) LOL She is also doing well outside but we really watch her an protect her out there. We don't want her to get lost and then be scared. I can't imagine what that would feel like and I don't want her to go through it.
Thanks again for all your support.!
Hugs
