Not quite 'Eat, Pray, Love' but what I was hoping for for our new baby Gracie on her first night with us
Whew! Now for a restful night - fingers crossed. Her crate pad has has momma and sister's smell so ....
My wonderful breeder not only brought her to our house (over an hour drive) but demonstrated some grooming stuff (nails, shaving pads, bottom, ear tips, trimming feet). My little girl just stayed calm like she was a "in on " the demonstration. But after the breeder left, she was spunky and playful, so although she's laid back she doesn't seem to be too submissive. Anyway, we're all agog having her with us. I'll get some pictures up soon.
I've been kind of lurking here for a few weeks and have learned a lot already. It's nice to know there's another place I can go for advise.
