I got Tessie, my female, because I have a skin son and wanted a girl, and to buy pink. 6 weeks later I got my male Hobbes, so she would have a friend. I never ever thought about breeding. But everyone at work and other people wanted to know if they were going to have puppies, if so they wanted one. I have no clue what to do with a litter of puppies, I was afraid my baby Tessie would die, or the puppies. There was no way in this world MY grandpuppies would ever go live with strangers. So I had them spay/neutered. Now that I have Calvin and Sassy people think they are their puppies.
Calvin, Hobbes and Sassy have the same parents, even I know enough not to breed them.
