At the moment she is lying in bed with me, but she keeps changing the spot she wants to sleep in so I think she may be uncomfortable

Poor girl! She sounds like how Lilly was (my dads JRT/shihtzu mix) last night and is still acting. We just don't know what's wrong with her, either, but she hasn't had blood or vomiting all day long today.
I'll be thinking of you and Poppy tonight. Believe me, I know how frustrating it is.
