My baby Louie has been scratching at his paws ans behind his ears a lot lately. Could this mean he has fleas or allergies? I haven't seen any fleas, I have checked for them. He is only 11 weeks.
Also, can anyone recommend anything for dry skin...he seems to have some "Flakes" on the top of his head. Thanks!
