I have never known a summer before 2010 to have even a mention of rolling blackouts as a possibility and though we never actually had them where I live last summer or this one, so far, during the cold spell around the Superbowl, we did have rolling blackouts from so many people running their Central Heat. I lost electricity one day for 45, 30 and 15 minutes one day that Superbowl week. Oh, for some of that cold air now!
I forget which TV Chan, but last night before they got ready to do the weather, they were showing picture's of Cowboy's Staduim with all that snow and ice on it from back in February. The weather guy thought that would cool us down. LOL
