AGREE!!!

I had a cat that could never really meow. He sounded like he was whispering. Never affected him overall, and it was actually kind of a cute, endearing thing about him.

When Oz barks it's really high pitched and hurts my ears, so maybe you should be glad he is at least holding off on that!
