Do you have a basement? I know where we are, if we were in a heat wave and there was going to be rolling blackouts, we'd just go to the basement. Even on weeks that the temp has been 90s everyday, our basement stays about 75, which is wayyyy more bearable. There is no A/C down there, its just that its underground. Our pool right now is so warm it's not even refreshing to swim in... and we have a rather large inground pool, it does not typically hit 82 degrees water temp, but this summer its staying there.
