It's not just Yahoo. I've had the same Hotmail account since I was in high school. I loved it back then! I still loved it up to over a week ago. Did you know there is no longer a "contact" option when you need help? The "Help" option leads you to a list of general questions, and then if that's not enough to a forum. You wait around hoping another user knows the answer, and if no one does, you continue to wait. You wait and wait until a "Mod" addresses your concern and gives you a link to directly email the help center. Even then, they did not help me. I got mad and sent 2 belittling responses. Then, just to prove to them I'm not an idiot, I tried their basic general response which I knew wouldn't work. Guess what?!
IT DIDN'T WORK!!! 
Now I'm emailing them again pleading them to fix the problem with my email account.
It's hard enough to be in a long distance relationship. When our main source of quick communication is gone, I get really sad and mad at the same time.
Sorry, I just needed to vent. I HATE Hotmail.
