I still think you need to make a report as soon as possible. If the extra dogs you have are rescues animal control may be more understanding. Do you have friends you can put some of the dog at for a few days.. until things calm down.

I would be so afraid of that dog and the owners lack of control. To attack you little one through the fence in his yard is horrible. I think you could even have grounds for a law suit if you wanted to go that way.

I am glad the baby is getting better.. and I have you all in my prayers that he heals and the whole situation works out.
