Dogs :
a) Anti-rabies vaccine, triple vaccine (distemper, lectopirosis, hepatitis) and parvo-virus vaccine certificates showing inoculations occurred at least 30 days prior to the arrival date of the animal but not more than one year prior to arrival.
b) Dominican Republic Veterinary Health Certificate issued within 15 days prior to the arrival date of the animal.

If these requirements are not met, your pet will be quarantined from 8 to 30 days, depending on the country of origin. For other animal species, prior authorization is required.
