I'm so sorry about your baby first off, but sorry, too, about the way your neighbor is handling it. My guess is she's taking the pics herself to ruffle your feathers so you'll back off, I honestly cannot see what any of her picture would prove. I'm sure the vet can tell by the pattern on the leg wound or something how most of that injury happened & can back up your side of what really happened.
IMO I do think the dog needs to be removed from that home or something if she can't keep him contained to say the least. He's done something so terrible, who's to say that wont encourage him more to do it again.
