Don't quote me, California law, as well as city and counties laws, are all different in each state. However, I know for alot of counties in Michigan there needs to be a fencedd in area or the dog needs to be on a leash if off the property. Another thing as well, is the fence yours, or the neighbors? Have there been any previous incidents reported with the dog?
You need to get all of your vet bills, injury pictures, and vet statement lined up so you can make a police report asap. Fastrer you do, the better it will be if this goes to court. | Totally agree! |
