First of all, 2 months is a very young and small dog, so a two feet fall is very very far. Second of all, i he was suddnly sleepy, that could indicate a spinal or brain injury. I would take him to the vet asap. It doesn't sound right to me, especially in a dog that's so young. f
Most reputable breeders don't let their dogs go after 12 weeks due to social adjustment of the safety of the dog. So, I'd be cautious with his still developing little body and brain.

Many times spinal and brian injuries don't show up until later on. And if he couldn't move from his side unless you assisted, yeah that raises red flags for me.
