Have you tried Hulu, sometimes I switch between Hulu and Netflix to get all the episodes I need. I've never had to pay anything with hulu, but I don't know if that's always true.
Bones - Full Episodes and Clips streaming online - Hulu I'm not sure I've seen any pattern as far as when Netflix gets a season, at least for viewing instantly.
