I think I just got scammed? I just ordered Roxie a Kwigy-Bo carrier after reading all the reviews here on Yorkietalk. And by just, I mean a month ago. I was moving so I wanted to have it quickly to be able to travel more efficiently with Rox. I looked at a bunch of different websites and ordered from one that said it would arrive within 4 - 7 days. This was on July 11. I still haven't gotten it. I called the contact number because the online store is just a side business for an actual boutique located in California. I thought? I got through the first time I called and talked to a guy who was really nice and took down my number and order number and promised to call the factory to see when it would ship. I never heard anything back and my tracking number was never put online. I had even given him a different address to ship it to since I moved. For the past three days I have tried to call the number a bunch of times. The first couple times, it just made a beeping noise then shut off. Now when I call, I get a busy signal, so I wonder if the phone has been shut off. I submitted an email through the "contact us" page about a week ago and haven't heard anything back.
I am not sure if this is the right forum but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the site or business? It is called Shi Shi Pets. Also, any thoughts on what I should do? My mom said I made a mistake by using a debit card instead of credit because there's nothing my bank can do now... |
