I have had a wonderful experience with them thus far... Very prompt payment, great customer service etc... It took longer only because I was waiting for the E.R. Vet to get back in his office to fill out his side of the paperwork. He went out of town right after I had to go in. |
How long have you had them??
I had to wait for my second claim because my vet went on vacation.
I printed some blank claim forms and have put them in the front of the binder I got to keep Riley's paperwork in, so that I can take one with me..... and have them fill it out right then and there.
