Hi Nancy, thank you for your comments. Princess Chloe is post surgery of AAI going onto her third week. She is grounded in her cage and kennel until her next check up on 8/16. Her neuro vet. mentioned that she had gained a little weight and that I was to watch her, but didn't give me any recommendations. I do imagine that she has put on a little weight do to her inactivity. Prior to her surgery I was free feeding her dry food, but she also developed allergies and her derm vet placed her on an elimination diet of Royal Canine canned and dry food which she likes. I'm going to call Royal Canine today for them to give me the caloric info since the can food doesn't say it on the can.
