I am a member of the hardwood club. We started in the bedroom, did the den/office and in sept, will be doing the living room and formal dining room. As soon as the patio doors are finished, we will be replacing the tile in our kitchen, dining room and powder bath. ( we are taking out a 6 foot sliding glass door and an 8 ft bank of windows and having French doors put in) I have 8x8 tile in there right now and they are white-I can't keep them clean looking to save my life!! No matter how much I sweep, mop, steam clean, etc they just always look dingy so we are putting in 17x17 on a diagonal and I can't wait!!

I personally don't like lineoluem. I guess it's always stuck in my head as cheap (I know they have nice ones now) and I can remember as a kid, seeing it curl in areas on the edges and I just can't bring myself to put it anywhere in my house.
