Default A none verbal pup

We got a Yokrie puppy this past friday so this is only the forth day we have had her. she is 3 months old though and we were told she is potty trained and she does very well as long as I take her out periodiclly. the only issue we are having is that she does not tell us when she needs to go, she has not barked once since she is her. Since we have had her she has only had 2 maybe 3 accidents in the house and they were only when I was busy with something else etc but she does not let us know in anyway that she has to go. I was suggested by a friend to put a bell by the door and giggle it every time we go out and that is a great idea exept for the fact that my children would be gingling it all the time. Any ideas on how we can get her to let us know she has to go??? Thanks
