This is starting to sound strange. You don't end up with that many pups and have accidental litters either that many times. I think that Oklahoma cracked down on puppy mills recently. But if it is legit if anyone can get the pups out of there would be great. She is selling 3 lb or less dogs that are not fixed. And that is sad. No telling what their future will hold.
I hope that if it is legit it will work out for you to get one of them.
