If she loves Callie so much to cry when shes hurt and stuff why on earth would she hit her? My stomach is hurting so bad I feel like I am going to throw up. |
Try not to see your mom as a villian, I know she loves Callie, she's done many things in the past that have shown you that. It sounds like she was very frustrated. Maybe since it was her mother there she felt like she had to be in control of the situation or she wasn't a good leader. Seriously, it wasn't that long ago when people thought a smack in the mouth was a good way to teach something. So try to forgive your mom, and think of this as a way to solve a problem with her. You can approach her when she's cooled down, and say you really felt bad, and does she think there's another way to handle it next time it happens. Right now you are feeling the worst because your mom let you down, it's almost like she hit you. I think your mom will listen to you if she doesn't feel attacked.
