Any one of these symptoms can be dangerous, but all three is really scary. I hope you were able to get your girl to the vet ASAP. If you are not able to get into your regular vet then I would be heading to an ER vet.
I don't think any medication/prescriptions should
ever be given without the consent of a vet.
Please update us when you can.
