I do Zhoie's like once a month. She is good about it though. I wait until she is lazy/sleeping on the couch and she lays there and I trim away. I then use a dremel to round and sand them so there not as sharp.
We do the same process for trimming the insides of her legs and her ladybug too. She lays there on her back all spread eagle..
