I like the idea of the big brother blues. Dex gets blamed when Pepper has an accident in the house, then again when Pepper chews up Mom's favorite shoes etc. He decides Mom loves Pepper best and it's too "Ruff" being the big brother. In the end Pepper does something really cute and lovable and he melts.
