Mickey turns into a "terror" when I take him out for walks.
He barks, pulls and looks like he wants to bite.
He has scratched a neighbor's hand when they reached for him to pet him outside (after Mickey was pulling, barking and showing aggressive type behavior). I do not think he bit him but caught his hand on Mickey's tooth as Mickey was pulling away. It was tiny BUT... I want this to stop now!
I want him to be the same lovable dog inside and outside.
