It's actually not your bangs, but your forehead.... Your bangs touch your forehead, and pick up the oils from it.

You can get those oils blotting papers and use them which will help some, but since you cant get rid of the oils on our skin (and our face is the worst) your only true option is not having bangs. Also, try not to touch your bangs throughout the day. Your hands are the dirtiest part of your body.
