I am sad that you still don't have Choco home with you, you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. I am not sure how they handle dogs if they find them deceased. I pray this isn't how they find Choco. You might want to update some of your info, I know if I see a sign that has been up a while I wonder if the animal is still missing or the owner just didn't remove the sign.
