The reason why a clarisonic brush is more expensive is because it oscillates. Meaning it goes back and forth very quickly, pushing impurities OUT of your skin.
Most, if not all of the lesser expensive brands have brushes that make a full circle, this actually grounds dirt and impurities into the skin.
