You say you feed Ozzy Kibbles and Bits and it took you 8 months to get him to a vet after getting him. IMO there is no way you can afford or take care of a second dog, because you can't take care of the one you have.
On the other hand, why is everyone jumping on her because her mom told her to get rid of her dog? I don't see how she can be responsible for the things her mother says. She said she won't give up the dog like her mom asked, anyway. |
