Default Adding a second Yorkie

My husband and I are both retired (I am semi retired but work at home)- we are home most of the time - we lost our two dogs (one 12 and one 14) within 6 months of each other and just adopted a Yorkie puppy. He is 4 months and a few weeks old - we have a dilemma and would appreciate any thoughts - we would like to have two Yorkies - have always had two or three dogs at a time for the past 45 years - I think waiting a year to add another puppy would be best, my husband thinks we shouldn't wait. I thought if we waited to adopt a brother for Cody he could help show him what he has learned -this is a big decision and would appreciate any thoughts you may have - thank you!!
