Scott go to the school bus stops and talk to the kids in the mornings or evening. Kids are wonderful and will tell you what they know. And offer a cash reward for Charlie's return. Talk to the mailman. Talk to any workers in the neighborhood. I'm so sorry. This is heartbreaking for you I'm sure. Do not give up!
