She'll do fine! Make sure the bloodwork is fine, and I'm sure she'll come out of it wonderfully. Just remember, you're doing this for the better health of your baby. Imagine her little 4lb body trying to give birth to a litter. And that's the reality of it if you weren't a responsible pet owner.
But you are one, and remember to tell you're self you're doing what's best for your baby and yourself.
