Continue calling vets shelters etc and post posters and also on sites like craigslist or kijiji
See, sometimes i have my doubts about the microchips because if a dog died they probably wont check it because theyre dead, if its stolen vets dont check it....
Like others have mentioned, doggie gps in a form of a microchip...i would defo pay big bucks for one...
