 What is a puppymill?
Is the definition a matter of opinion? Who would you recommend not buying from? I know we are against most pet stores but what else? NOt like any breeder posts a sign that they are a Puppymill. Everyone recommends visiting the breeder but what is a bad sign, other than dogs obviously being mistreated?
