Awwww poor doggie thats gotta hurt. Callie has had one for two years and she pulls sometimes like crazy and has never had a rash or redness or anything my moms yorkie also uses one and he has had his almost a year and no rash or redness or anything. When we took a trip to WV pretty much the hole trip except at night Callie and Sammy had them on all the time so they were easy to leash up and take out neither one had any problems. I'm so sorry that happened maybe make sure the fit is right not too lose but not to tight either.
