Ellie had a severe reaction to the lepto vaccine, so never again for her.
It is a major problem in Michigan, so I would likely choose to give it if there was no history of reaction. My other small breed is getting it...
That said, I did not know Schultz had made a position about this public and will be looking into it. He and my vet are the people I listen to when it comes to vaccines.
