Some anesthetics can be nauseating and not wanting to eat would be normal. You could force her to eat before bed after picking her up, but then it might come back up..... I would let the vet know you're concerned when dropping her off, ask if they will be running fluids, and not worry about it after that.

Nope she never has- she has only ever thrown up bile and then wanted to eat grass- no interest in treats. - I usually force a bit of yogurt in her and then she is back to eating and is normal.
I will remind them again when I drop her off- lol if I can even think straight- I am pretty sure I will be a mess!
