I just want to ditto everything said here. I know this is a very hard decision you've had to make - I had to make it with my 15 year old poodle. Somehow knowing that mine led a long wonderful life makes me feel better than having to let go of your puppy. I think it's the right thing to do and you can't second guess that. Sounds like you've given it a lot of thought and have gotten the best advise from your vet. Just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss.
