I only have a problem with the word "purebred". A standard is one thing and that's what we should breed to, but to imply dogs with faults are not purebreds is very misleading. I'm not correcting FidoTheYorkie so much as I'm trying to educate pet owners. We have so many threads, "Is my dog a purebred Yorkie?" and I've seen several people question their dog’s heritage, just because they were the light blue or silver.
