Ah gotta love Yorkie people. Nancy is right some of us are perfectionists. Many,(most in fact) Yorkies are not perfect by AKC, YTCA standards. That is why show dogs are more costly. It is much more difficult to breed puppies that will eventually have show potential.
I do not show my dogs so they do not have to be bench perfect, but they are Just Right Yorkies to me. Yorkies may not be the perfect Blue and Gold but that doesn't mean they are not purebred.
