This is horrible
. I wish we could rescue them all, but there are way too many of these beautiful animals living is horrible conditions. A resounding call for more strick laws and prosecution of these animal abusers is needed. I say lock all these inhumane abusers up and throw away the key! Whenever I see that television commercial showing the abused cats and dogs it brings tears to my eyes everytime. The only solace is knowing that there are people in our own YT community doing whatever they can to help the little yorkies suffering out there.
