More frills! Go nuts!

I was going to add a bunch of tulle underneath it but I made the skirt have so many pleats that it poofs out enough on its own, plus Im pretty sure the tulle would get caught up in chloe's hair after I had thought about it. I just dont like the way longer dresses look on chloe and Im not sure why. But an extra layer thats just a tad longer might look cute My chihuhua on the other hand looks awesome in long gown-like dresses so she will defiently have to have one like that for her birthday. Now I wish I could find a tiara that I can stick in chloes hair
